Final block number to be imported.

paralellism: usize

Number of parallel database fetches.

blocks_by_fetch: usize

Number of blocks by database fetch.

block_saver_batch_size: usize

Number of blocks to be accumulated before sending to the block saver. (cache needs to be sufficiently big)

block_saver_queue_size: usize

Number of blocks batches that can be queued to the saver before blocking. (cache needs to be sufficiently big)

executor: ExecutorConfig

miner: MinerConfig

storage: StorageConfig
